The practice was founded in 1998.
Over the years, the owner Luca Morelli has gained experience in the labor relations consulting
field focusing on new company start-ups as well as business restructuring and reorganization.
From 2001 to 2005, Morelli co-authored the update of the Manuale di Consulenza del Lavoro
(Labor Relations Consulting Manual) (Meroni-Motta) published by Il Sole24ore [Italy’s Wall Street Journal],
focusing on the tax obligation and welfare benefit contribution sections and the interpretation
of labor relations sanctioning rules.
From 1999 to 2005, he also published several articles on new rules in the magazines
Informatore Pirola (Pirola Informer) and Guida al Lavoro (Labor Guide), both also published by Sole24ore.
